On the sunset of Sunday, July 23, starts the month of Av, Leo in Kabbalah. The Kabbalists teach us that during the new Moon of a month we have the opportunity to plant the seeds for the upcoming 30 days. How can I have a better month ? Mind your thoughts and actions during this period (from the sunset of the 23 until the end of the 24). Watch your consciousness! Do your best to be happy, to be proactive and do not react to the people/situations.
In the month of Leo we have available the strength, leadership and the energy of renovation. It’s the ideal time to get your projects, ideas out of the closet.
The ego of the Leo is looking forward to being the show off and that all the eyes are in him, hates asking for help and doesn’t like others to see him down.
In case you spot any of these traits during this month you identified your ego, please don’t feed it. Please stand up after the fall and keep pushing as many times as needed .
Also mind the control. Kabbalah teaches us that control hides fears and when we want to have control over others / over things is as if we are telling the Creator, ” excuse me I know how to do it better …” so go all the way but if you are not getting what you want maybe it’s the time to ask to happen what is the best for you and you correction and not always it’s going to be what we would like to happen at that moment.
Avoid extremes, all or nothing, instead connect with the harmony, the center, there are infinite shades of grey.

O Mês de Av (Leão ),
No por do sol de Domingo, 23 de Julho, entramos na lua nova do mês de Leão, Av na Kabbalah. Os Kabbalistas nos ensinam que durante a lua nova de um mês temos a oportunidade de plantar as sementes dos próximos 30 dias.
Como eu posso ter um mês melhor? Esteja atento às suas ações e pensamentos durante este período (que vai do por do sol do dia 23 até o final do dia 24). Vigiai a sua consciência! Procure fazer de tudo para estar bem, feliz, ser proativo e procure não se abalar com as pessoas e/ou situações.
Temos disponível no mês de Leão a energia de força, renovação e liderança. É o momento ideal para colocar em prática o que estava estagnado ou sendo deixado para depois.
O ego leonino tem uma forma de comportamento de querer ser o centro das atenções, de não querer pedir ajuda e não gostar que ninguém o veja para baixo. Se você sentir um destes sintomas durante este mês, bingo, você acaba de detectar o seu ego, não o alimente. Se cair não se intimide de ousar novamente, quantas vezes forem necessárias!
Um dos pontos a serem observados também durante este período é o controle.

Procure evitar extremos, tudo ou nada e conecte-se com o equilíbrio, o caminho do meio, existem muitas áreas de tons de cinza.
Procure abrir o seu coração e dizer o que sente !
