The long-cherished dream of visiting Dubai finally came to fruition after more than a decade of anticipation. For over 10 years, I had yearned to explore this enchanting place that I had only heard incredible stories about. Whenever I saw an Emirates plane, I couldn’t help but imagine myself there, thinking, “I’ll be there at any moment!” Throughout my life, I’ve realized the potency of our mental capabilities, a power we all possess but often fail to harness effectively. From the age of 18, I began cultivating the ability to envision my desires fearlessly, unburdened by self-imposed restrictions or sabotaging thoughts. Unlike those thoughts that limit our imaginations, I, as a positive Sagittarius, believed in the boundless possibilities that life offered.

This positive mindset propelled me to conquer various aspects of my life, including my personal and financial spheres. While it’s natural to lose hope over the years due to life’s disappointments, I always held onto the belief that every stumbling block contributes to the path leading us to our aspirations. But enough of the life story—let’s dive into the heart of the matter: Dubai, Habbibi!

Dubai, a city adorned with extreme brilliance, features an almost reddish sand in the desert, fine and earthy, with air devoid of humidity. The temperature, high during the day and refreshingly cool at night, beckoned me to consider living in such a climate in the future. Visiting in January, akin to winter in the USA, provided an ideal weather window. A crucial tip for prospective visitors: plan your Dubai trip between November and February to make the most of outdoor activities.

Dubai’s skyline boasts one awe-inspiring building after another, each a testament to the city’s commitment to setting global standards in infrastructure, modernity, luxury, security, and beauty. My visit to the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building with 163 floors, left me both exhilarated and dizzy at its summit. The panoramic view, however, transcended earthly beauty. Accessible through a massive shopping mall housing over 200 restaurants and stores, the Burj Khalifa is a must-see.

Now, let’s talk about the pinnacle of my Dubai adventure—the desert safari! Opting for a VIP tour, my fiancé and I enjoyed a direct departure from our hotel, engaging in a thrilling dune rally, a visit to a store for Arabic scarves, a camel ride, and a dinner in the heart of the desert accompanied by dancers. The 5-star service, coupled with the unique experience of getting Henna on my hand, added the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable journey.
